After a winter with extreme temperatures what else can we expect but a summer with extreme temperatures! 40 degrees today in Constanta.

We started to became a little bit like the England I used to learn about in school where everybody talks about the weather, because this is all you hear about all the time –how hot is today!

Praise God for the Black Sea!

Enough with the weather though!

BBV is going through this very hot summer but it seems that the dry season is fading away from us.

Church life is getting exiting again and I cannot wait for the next Sunday to see what else God has for us.

One think is becoming very clear for the leadership of BBV – God is preparing us as a church for something new. And we want to be ready!

Traian favorite subject lately is the second program that we want to start from October – designated mainly for English speaking people in Constanta, but not only.

We want to have a program orientated toward the young people, a program that will appeal to the teens and youth of the city.

Please pray for this. We want to start it in October and we need to have the right people in the team. We also need the finances to cover the costs of the rent for the hall.

We want to also ask you to pray for board of the church – pray for Traian , Mitica, Mathew, Nelu and Ionut.

On  the 16 of august we want to send a number of 20 children in a camp we organize together with PRR.  Most of the children are from the families in the Old City, families we work with in the last three year, part of the Kid’s club we are doing there.  Lorraine will be going to the camp as part of the team there.

Please pray for us and if possible support us financially to be able to send those children in the camp.

The cost for one child for the week is 15 Pounds (18 Euros).  That will cover the transportation, accommodation food, trips and everything that they will benefit from in the camp.

Most of these children have never been away from their city or even from their part of the city! Going in the camp would be the highlight of their life so far.

There will be so much to see and to experience, so many new friends to make, so much to enjoy!

Please help us make this summer special and unforgettable for these children!

On the first week of September we will have another sea baptism in BBV. Four people from Heart to heart and four other new people from the church will make a public covenant with God.

Please pray for them!

On  a personal note  we want to ask you to pray for our children and us. We feel tired, but very encouraged with what God has done n the last time.

One of our desire is to be able to travel to UK for few days and see some of our friends that are not able to travel for some time. Please pray for us to be able to do this. It would be a time for us to rest and a time to meet people we haven-t meet from a long time.
